批次蒸餾 (Batch Distillation)

◎	應用於批次蒸餾塔操作及半批次蒸餾塔操作。

˙	使用兩種 Rigorous Distillation Model (SCDS及Inside-Out) 處理多成份批次蒸餾問題，可處理電解質批次蒸餾及三相批次蒸餾問題。
˙	極具彈性之操作步驟，不限制蒸餾塔板數，不限制操作步驟，除塔底之起始進料及塔頂之出料外，亦可由蒸餾塔塔底或任何塔板進行間歇進料或間歇出料。此外 CHEMCAD 亦考慮 Condenser 及 Stages 之 holdups。
˙	極彈性之操作條件規範，可為 Reflux ratio, Distillate molar (or mass or volume) flowrate, Condenser heat duty, Boil-Up ratio, Reboiler heat duty, Subcooled condenser temperature。

◎	每個操作步驟之停止操作設定可為操作時間或收集槽、餾出物、或塔底殘留物之 Temperature, Total moles(or mass, or volume), Mole(or Mass or Volume) fraction of a component or group of components, Maximum or minimum purity of a component or group of components。

◎	Start-up from Total reflux 或 from current column contents。

˙	可自行定義蒸餾塔之 Pressure Profile ( linear or nonlinear)。
˙	取用 CHEMCAD 完整之物質資料庫及熱力學模式，並可與 CHEMCAD 中其他單元操作整合。
˙	完全 Interactive 的操作軟體，且real time display of results during calculation。
